Hi!

When I insert images (JPGs, BMPs) into the text Word2003 always resizes them
what makes them blurry and simply too large. How can I force Word to
maintain the screen resoluton of those images?

Thanks in advance!

I suspect you are inserting your images into frames or text boxes that
are much larger than the original images. Word automatically enlarges
the image to fit the frame or text box, which makes the image look
blurry. If you click where you want the image to go and insert the
image directly (not into a frame or text box) with Insert | Picture |
From File, the image should come in at its original size and
resolution.

What I do is to insert an image from a file (bmp/jpg etc.) into the plain
text (no text box etc.).

How are you inserting the image? Insert | Picture | From File? Copy
and paste from another application?

Sorry, Sebastian. I can't reproduce what you're describing on my
computer, so I can't tell you how to fix it.

If you want it a certain size insert a text box..it doesn't know how large
the picture should be before you insert it.
