Word (XP) and Grammar - Any Plug-Ins?

I'm in my Masters program right now. Are there any plug-ins for Word that does a better job with grammar and sentence meaning? Looking for one that does a good job critiquing my work (actually be nice if it would write it too but...).

I've searched and haven't found much. Thanks!

You might try asking this in the word.spelling.grammar newsgroup...

You might want to be a bit more specific about what you mean by "a better job" to give people an idea what you're looking for.
