Word Viewer 2003 does not display/print properly a Word 2003 doc

If a manager here generates a Word 2003 document, and our end-users are using
Word Viewer 2003 they see and print differrently than the actual Word 2003
document. One machine will be missing the last line of text and will print at
the wrong page breaks while another user will be missing the last two lines
of text and print a blank page between pages.
Same shared document, similiar HP printers.
May be a individual machine font setting?? Any helpful ideas???
