hi again

I asked this question earlier but have lost some answers that were
appropriate from Feb 2 2009 - firstly how do I ensure I stay in the
discussion group without the site asking for my password?
Secondly the question I asked earlier was: I have created a template in
Word and want to change existing documents into this template and make this
the default. Can I add the template to our server?
