Word spell check problems...

One computer in a small office running XP will only spell check in Word in
"Spanish - International Sort". Will not check in English the way it should.
Any suggestions??

Note that, for this to help, the text in the document must be selected
first. And to affect new documents, you must make this language the default
not only in Word but also in the Windows Regional Options; see
http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindymeister/LangFmt.htm.

There is no Tools menu that I see. Am I wrong?

Thanks for the reply, but that was already done and it is still spellchecking
in Spanish for some reason. Very odd. Not sure what to do at this point.

What version of Word are you using? You said "a small office running XP,"
which I assumed to be Office XP = Word 2002. If this is Word 2007, then
there are no menus, and the path is Review | Proofing | Set Language.
