word should have a (shift-)capslock to up/downcase selected chars

i would like to see a possibility to uppercase a selected text.
And also (especially) the possibility to lowercase a selected text, with
shift-capslock.

Now you can only hit capslock for the next typed characters, but it is
impossible to edit text to upper and lowercase.

see the shift-capslock as the shift-tab possibility: do the opposite.

Shift+F3 will change the text through lower case, upper case and proper
case, so at most you need to press it twice.
