Word +outlook + exchange + address book while in word

Using XP pro sp2 - word 2002 - outlook 2003 - exchange with sp1

Have 8 computers

when clicking on tools - letters and mailings - envelopes and labels - then
slecting the outlook profile all of the address list show up in a box. I can
select any address list at all computers but one. At this computer when I
select an address list in the public folder I get the error (an error has
occured). I select more information about the error and the porgram is
"winword" the correct version and the file "msvcrt.dll" is the file which is
also the correct version.

Does anyone know what could be causing this error.

It is hard to say what the problem is here - but replacing the dll would be
a start. Then repair Word on that machine then see
