Word AutoShapes Problem

I switched from Windows 98 on an older computer to XP Home Edition on a new
computer and I am having problems with AutoShapes in Word. If I try to add an
autoshape over a photo, the photo moves and does not allow the autoshape box
to be added over the top of it. Even if I add an autoshape under or over a
photo and then stretch the arrow over the photo, the photo moves. Please help.

You're much more likely to get the help you need in a Word newsgroup than in
this one, which is for Windows XP.
