How do you add address with name to auto text, so when you start to type in
name, name and address are place on your document?

Write your address with a proper fomratting somewhere in your word document
select the entire block then Crtl+C to copy it then go to Tools\Auto correct
options and Autotext tab you should see the first line of your address in
Enter Auto text entries section and also you must see the entire block in
preview section and click Ok.:)

yes, when you want to have a table in with some data in its cells we need to
copy and paste it.

Curious - Have never had to do so. Simply selecting the table (or whatever)
& then going to Insert> AutoText> New -or- Tools> AutoCorrect> AutoText
captures the entry without the need to copy/paste.

That's interesting. What type of data? In your instructions you noted,
"Ctrl+C to copy" but you never pasted. Where would you paste? Somewhere in
the AutoCorrect dialog box on the AutoText tab?

Paste in "enter AutoText entries here" , I have inserted full page tables
with picture and date in Autotext, but as CyberTaz and you pointed out before
we don't need to use copy/ paste just selecting the items and then openning
Autotext seems sufficient.

Thanks for the follow-up. :)

I would think you would have encountered a 255 character limit since it
doesn't appear to be a rich text box.

In taking a closer look, I don't see how pasting tables or images in the
dialog box would have worked. Perhaps you selected the data, copied it,
opened the dialog box (with the data still selected) and it appeared as
though when you pasted the data was being inserted but it was really being
picked up from the document??
