Word attachment in Lotus Notes-prevent detach and print

I'm creating a newsletter to be sent as an e-mail
attachment to my department via Lotus Notes. To prevent
the document from being launched (and therefore sent in
another e-mail to someone outside the our internal Notes
server area) and/or printed, I need to "lock up" that
document.

Is there a way to "lock" a Word document so that it is
impossible to print it out and/or forward it to someone
via the internet?

Is there a way to prevent a Word document from being
detached from a Notes e-mail?

I, too, use Lotus Notes at work and I don't think you'll find the answer
