Word 2007 Print Preview

Kathy

I work with long documents and must see multiple pages side by side. In Word
2003, I could use the "Multiples" command on the Print Preview toolbar to
spread them out and look them over before I printed them. I don't see this
command on the Word 2007 Print Preview ribbon - only one or two page commands.

I appreciate your help.

In the Print Preview, click the Zoom button. In the dialog that appears, click
the Many Pages button and choose the arrangement you want.

You can also just drag the zoom slider on the status bar at the bottom of the
window. Somewhere below 20% should be about right.

Hi Kathy,

The PrintPreview multiview from prior versions is one that MS blocked off in Word 2007 as a standalone, if I recall correctly.

You can use Zoom=>Many Pages in the Ribbon, or set the 'zoom level' from the slider on the bottom of the screen or if you right
click on the status bar at the bottom of the screen to show the current 'Zoom' you can then double click that choice and then choose
'many pages'.
