Word Word 2007 - Cross Reference

I am cross referencing figures in and get the ‘Figure 12’. But I want to get ‘Figures 12’ so that it will not revert to ‘Figure 12’ when I update all the field codes. I am looking at having ‘Figures 12 – 15’ in the text and have found the code \# 0 to get just the number, from a DeanH post.

Any help would be fantastic.
