Brian, thank you for taking the time to find this. Seriously.

I don't know why they wouldn't list the specific problem with the Address B,
since it's such a commonly used function, like they do the numerous Microsoft
Office Fluent user issues. And if you want to consider the Address Book to be
defined as "rich editing capabilities and item manipulation functionality,"
okay, fine again. I don't think it's clear. You do. Reasonable men differ.
And, where lawyers and liability are concerned, this should cover them.

As I said, before, you don't know it doesn't work until you install it. Buty
it. Take your chances. After all, you've only been a loyal custmer for 15
years.

Why Outlook 2007 doesn't work with 2002 is just a money issue as I said in
the very begining. Nothing new there either. Maybe Russ is right, that I
should "dream on" that quality will determine the market and not corporate
strong arming.

Regardless, you have been very helpful and very professional. Thank you again.

Now, why Milly is taking credit for your diligence is puzzling. And her
usage of black street jargon is just... creepy.

The question is answered nothing more is necesary. Although, I'll bet your
"bottom dollar" that old Milly won't be able to help herself. Have a happy

She's not. She's just having a little fun at my expense, and I'm chuckling
with her. It's NOT a "snap" to find somet things on the Office web space
and she's emphasizing that fact with a little humor. At least, that's my
take on it.

If that's true, I'll buy it and stand corrected. Apologies to Milly. Of
course, if it's not true...

Would you please suggest to Microsoft that they include such information
regarding compatibility in the product guide of the specific product a
consumer is purchasing in a section called COMPATIBILITY, as opposed to
Reading and Editing E-mail in Microsoft® Office Outlook® 2007 in the
EmailEditorWhitepaper. Yikes!
