Word 2007 Contacts

Is there any way I can use Outlook contacts with word WITHOUT making outlook
the default email client? I use the Outook contacts to print envelopes. It
seems as though they have to be there so I put imported all of them there.
I prefer outlook express or WML for default email.

If you wish to use the built-in 'getaddress' function then the default
e-mail application has to be Outlook.
If you wish to investigate programming Outlook directly from Word, then
