How do I get redlining to print with a highlighted background on a black and white printer in Word 2003
I have instructions off the internet but it must be for an older version because the option Highlight Changes does not appear under Track Changes.

Hi TMoore

In Word 2002 and 2003, the commands to control Track Changes moved. Use View
Toolbars and tick the Reviewing toolbar. Investigate the options on that
toolbar. In particular, you can choose whether to display the Original
document, the Original with changes, the Final version or the Final version
with changes.

You control how tracked changes are displayed at Tools > Options > Track
Changes.

There's some more info about track changes at

Hope this helps.
