Wont Start

I have recently re-installed Microsoft Office 2003:
ERROR-
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open
the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be
opened"
Any ideas of how to fix?
Knowledge base talks about a network install fix will
this work on a pc

try creating a new profile via the mail applet in Control Panel and start
Outlook with this new profile.
