won't remove ignored after selecting remove.

Every scan I run leaves 3 files in the ignore summary.
Upon choosing to remove the "ignored", spyware claims to
have removed it, yet it still remains and once again
shows as ignored. The file is a .exe which is a ie
search of some sort. Any suggestions?
Please help.

Greg,
Run a scan from SafeMode (F8) on startup, and see if that improves your
luck.
