Wont Download Pictures

Hey whenever i enter some websites, IE doesnt seem to
want to download the pictures. It only displays the text
and seems to have trouble downloadning some or all
pictures. This happened all of a sudden today. What do i
do?

some sites will block the download ing of pic, sometimes
ya got too many temp files. don't know for sure.
