Won't detect modem

Windows xp home edition won't detect my modem, it is a
Lucent 56k USB modem. Do you know where I can download or
obtain the correct driver to solve the problem? Please
help, I have had to uninstall windows xp until I can solve
the problem.

Try http://www.modem-drivers.com/, seems to have a pretty comprehensive set
of drivers for different modem types.
