Won't boot after "chkdsk /f"

I wanted to defragment my hard drive the other day, but Windows said that I
had to run "chkdsk /f". So, it ran when the computer restarted and it
completed the process. But, after running this, I've been thrown into an
endless restarting loop. When I turn on my computer, it starts up and gets
past the Windows XP loading screen. But then, it flashes a blue error screen
very briefly. The error screen is only up for a second, so I can't provide
any of what it says. After the error screen, the computer restarts and goes
back to the beginning of the process. Can anyone provide me with some help
on this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Your issue is probably due to an unmountable boot volume. I have witness
this all the time. You need your Windows XP CD or have the ability to
press F8 to enter the Recovery Console. Once in the recovery console you
will perform the following task listed below:

You can boot to the XP CD and when you see the Welcome to setup press
the letter R
You will get a dos prompt. If prompted for the Administrator password,
press enter.
Then type "chkdsk /p" without the quotes and press enter
When that is done type "fixboot" without quotes and press enter
"Y" and enter at the prompt
Then type "exit" without quotes and press enter
The system will now reboot into Windows

You need to post a copy of the error report.

Disable automatic restart on system failure. This should help by
allowing time to write down the STOP code properly. Right click on the
My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Properties, Advanced,
Start-Up and Recovery, System Failure and uncheck box before
Automatically Restart.

Do not re-enable automatic restart on system failure until you have
resolved the problem. Check for variants of the Stop Error message.

Okay, I disabled automatic restart on system failure. This is the
information I got out of it:

STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203, 0x812647A0, 0xC0000102, 0x00000000)
