WMV to DVD problems

hi,

I read that I needed sonic DVD to create DVD movies from my WMV files. Well
this is a well and good but it is giving me an error saying that I am trying
to ad NTSC video to a PAL project, this is very annoying as these are home
clips of my kids etc

is there no app that just reads wmv and allows dvd creation ?

If you are in a country that uses PAL, you'll need to change Movie Maker
setting from NTSC to PAL in Tools|Options|Advanced tab before you publish.

In MyDVD (version 4) go to File|Preferences... and you can set to NTSC or
PAL setting.

I have my Movie Maker set to NTSC and made DVDs for the girls using MyDVD of
my daughters soccer season last night using MyDVD 4.0.

(If you are in the USA, you want NTSC for typical DVD players)
