WMS ST Notif Window - I think because Outlook hangs

I have a couple of users that are both using Outlook 2003
that when they logout get a message that a program is not
responding. This is some of the text of the message
generated: WMS ST Notif Window. This program is not
responding. Apparently this does not happen everytime
they log off however I did have the opportunity to see
the message generated for one user and it did reference
Outlook. I have tried searching for any reference to this
and no luck. My email server is Exchange 2003 ent
w/Windows 2003 ent. I have not found any log entries that
reference an error at the same time these users logoff so
I don't really know what to look at next. Any insight
from anyone would be appreciated.
