WMM2 Keeps closing

I have gotten my video clips into Windows Movie Maker
but whenever I drag them into the timeline editer it
tells me WMM has encountered an error and needs t
close. It does this every single time I put a clip into th
timeline and then it just close

What is causing this, and how can I fix it?
