WMM won't show video in preview box or play clips

Everytime I open WMM everything works OK, but when I try to open a file that
I saved earlier the preview box truns green and the video I am creating won't
play at all. I've tried restarting my computer and opening the file directly
and indirectly and I can't get it to play at all. If anyone has any tips or
answers, that would be really helpful. Thanks.

If you reduce your Graphics Hardware Acceleration
as per the instructions in the following article and
realize an improvement, it's an indication that you
need to update your video driver:
