WMM Freezing

I'm relatively new to MoveMaker, I must admit, but I have been editting
movies using various other programs for quite some time now. For some reason,
I have no problem uploading or editting video in WMM, but when I try to add
clips to the storyboard I can't add more than 1 without it freezing. I now
have to add a clip, close the program, open the program, etc. It's a real
pain and I would appreciate if anyone could help me out.
