WM6 ActiveSync Calendar Items Dissappear

I am having issues with calendar items disappearing from my WM6 phone. They
show up initially. They will stick around for several weeks and then all of
a sudden disappear on the day they are scheduled for.

If I go back into Outlook, open the appointment and make any change and save
it the item will show back up on the device.

Seems really odd and can't find anything on the web about the issue.

While this may seem to be an Outlook problem, Outlook is in no way involved in synching except as the data repository. Check your phone settings to ensure it is set correctly. If nothing there looks suspicious, repost to microsoft.public.pocketpc.activesync.
