How to update registry without Warm Reboot device

I am doing bluetooth paring via code

Setup outgoing COM port Eg COM6 - COM8

Port Change via registry setting

I am update registry via code. Using With microsoft.win32.registry

Currently i am able to change registry i need to warm reboot or else
manually i need to refresh registry using PHM Registry tool.

how to update registry without mentioned process. Can you explain code how
did you update registry without warmreboot device

Hello,

which Bluetooth stack do you use?
We never needed to write directly to registry when assigning a COM port
to our Bluetooth connection.
