It was always working but last 2 days cant access my hotmail acct. This is
WLM in both Vista and XP (dual boot)

This error message appears"

Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. There is an error
synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account has been
configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web. Server:
'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx', Protocol:
HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Xfs request 'Sync' failed. Response code:
'InternalServerError', server response: '999 0'', Port: 80,
Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 5102, Error Number: 0x8DE00002

I can assess my hotmail acct through the web though. Any idea why it wont
connect to the hotmail server in WLM?

Thanks

You would be better off discussing WLM in the appropriate group...

This has been a fairly prevalent issue with some Hotmail accounts,
off and on for several weeks.
Haven't seen any fix or workaround. Microsoft is trying to come up
with a fix at the server level.
Interestingly, neither of my two Hotmail accounts is affected.
In the future, please discuss WLM issues in the newsgroup

This is positive news. I thought I was the only one being driven insane by
this stupid problem.

Thanks for your reply. I just tried this program called ePrompter
(http://www.eprompter.com/) and it can access my Hotmail account and download
my inbox contents very easily. Of course it doesnt have all the features of
WLM, but its ironic that a small 3rd party program from a small company can
do this while big old MS and all its resources cant seem to figure it out.
(Sorry couldnt resist). Hope you guys work things out. :)
