WJVIEW ERROR

I have windows XP home,The other day I restored my
computer to an earlier date and since then each time I
turn the computer on I get the following message.
WJVIEW ERROR
ERROR:COULD NOT EXECUTE MAIN:THE SYSTEM CAN NOT FIND THE
FILE SPECIFIED.
Any ideas
