WJ VIEW ERROR?

When my xp media center Windows screen comes up I get an WJ View Error
Message that says "Could not execute main: sytem cannot find the file
specified"
What does this mean? I've been trying to install vb.net on my computer and
it freezes up at the same point every time, got any ideas?
