Wizard or Templates for MS Business Contact Manager

Its with great disappointment I write this message.

Business contact Manager NEEDS a template or Wizard system. The "user
information" that comes with it is basic and does NOT explain how to create
your own template, NOR IS THERE A BOOK about it on Amazon or YOUR SITE.
I highly anticipated buying it and using it (as I've used outlook since
1997) and now I have completely uninstalled it and removed it from my machine
because it both slows down Outlook, and the user interface reminds me of the
clunkiness of Access. Who designed this thing, Programmers? By programmer,
for programmers - as a former Producer of computer games, I've seen this
before.
Take this product off the market, go back to your drawing board and make it
easier for a professional to use it, until you do that, no one is going to
use it.
