Wizard interupted

Here is the new error message.
The wizzard was interupted before BCM could be installed

My old error, could not configure server, solved that issue with help
from here or google group
i renamed server file.
so now I can install and uninstall.
But will not set up.
so basically, goes through the whole intall, but not in programs or
outlook.


I open ooutlook, its not there, I search, not there.
even tried to update, and could not update, not there.

downloading and installing the same from the following location
