Wireless, WEP Only and Active Directory: No Connection

I must be missing something simple. WinXP clients work fine on our wireless network until they joint the domain. Then, no connection, not even a DHCP lease. I played with IAS as well as Wireless GP but no joy. Our APs support neither 802.1x nor other advanced wireless security protocols. I'd like to get WEP working before researching replacements. Any suggestions?
