Wireless network only works when I use "repair"

I am running XP SP2 on an IBM Thinkpad X10 laptop, with built-in 802.11b
wireless. When the laptop first boots up every morning, the wireless network
connection sits at "obtaining IP address" for approx 1 minute, then says
"limited or no connectivity" with a little yellow exclamation mark. If I
right click the wireless connection and choose "Repair", it then starts
working (i.e. it gets an IP address and I can browse the network).
This problem occurs every single morning, and doing a repair *always* fixes
it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks,
steve
