Wireless mouse

I have Windows Vista on my PC and connected a Microsoft Wireless Notebook
Mouse 3000. The screen saver does not run when the mouse is on but is just
fine when the mouse is off.
What can I do to have the screen saver run when the mouse is on.

Wrong group -- this is a Vista Windows Mail group.
