wireless lan adapter

just brought wireless router thats working fine but just installed wireless
adapter to my desktop but not working. nothing happens when i click on
adapter icon on screen

To install the wirless adapter you should install the software or
drivers first. Then install the card, restart the computer to find the
new hardware, It will now find the drivers and install. Are you using
D-Link ?

Remember to set your encryption at both ends, otherwise you will be
sharing you internet with the neighbours.
