Wireless Connection

I have Dell Latitude 820 configured to log into my domain.
The laptops are taken home where they have wireless home networks.
The wireless connection does not connect until after they log into their
laptops
I want the wireless network at their home to connecte when the laptop is
turned on. That way I can have them log in over a Dial up VPN connection to
the network.

Any help on how to do this?

I am not totally clear what the Dialup roll in this concoction.
