Wireless Connection Dropping ?

It seems that under a high cpu load or when I try to load certain programs,
the wireless connection to the internet drops. If I try to load Steam the
steam window comes up and it says updating then the connection drops.
I have a linksys wmp300 wireless adaptor hooking up to a wrt300n router. Im
not a great networking guy I know a little but it was easier in xp. Part of
the problem could be bad drivers, the drivers that are installed now are
broadcom. Im running Vista Ultimate 64 bit.

More likely to be the DSL line than the hardware at your end. Ask the
provider to check the line.

Vista should work with existing routers. I've already spent hours working
with this brand new computer. I'm not about to change a router that works
fine with XP and OS X.
