WinXp wont still install

(sorry for crossposting to m.p.w.general)

I had problem with "Kernel_data_inpage_error ... STOP: 0x0000007A
0xC000000E" trying to install Win Xp pro fin. (which i wrote here about)

I was told to jumper hdd from master -> cable select, but
I didn't make any difference.

Now I tried to install english version of Xp pro to see
if the problem was with installation cd. Now installation
doesn't end in blue screen. Instead i get window

*** winlogon.exe -Entry point not found

The procedure entry point ^[[[nSendMessage could
not be located in the dynamic link library user32.dll ***
(that weird ^[[[ isn't typo)

When I hit enter computer flashes following windows (which
disappears in less than second and computer restarts)

** lsass.exe - Not enough quota

Not enough virtual memory or paging file quota is available to complete the
specified operation **

Could anyone tell me what's the problem?

I've replaced all hardware except psu, hdd and cpu, could
any of those explain this?

Psu is 300W which should do easily. (voltages are ok by bios hw monitor)

Cpu seems to work ok as i've ran some hardware testing utilities
with that computer. (tested hdd and memory)

And what comes to HDD, the samsung own diagnostic tool
says that the hdd is fine. Which I doubt.

Done so far:

I've replaced Ati radeon with old pci display adapter (S3), 256Mb
memory with another, cd-rom drive with another, motherboard with
another (identical thou). I've tried having Hdd alone and with cd-rom
in ide1-connector (80pin), jumpered as master and cable select.

None of those made any difference.

I once (2nd try?) managed to get Xp running at that computer (with
minor errors about missing files during installation), it was ok for about
24 hours, but when i tried to install modem and different mouse
(ms mouse) I got some windows logo warnings and after ignoring them
windows failed to boot (restart and restart again endlessly).

And ever since I haven't been able to finish installation with exactly same
_or_ altered hardware configuration. I suppose virus can't be the problem
because when the computer was running i had updated antivirus and
firewall (and Adaware&spybot s&d).

Besides I've done low-level format several times after that, and Afaik
no virus will survive it? Format has been started from boot disk containing
samsung utils.

So as the problem seems getting worse, could it be hdd problem although
samsung diagnostics program says the hdd is ok?

System:
Duron 1400, Ati radeon 9200, samsung sp 40Gb hd, 1,44Mb disk drive,
cd-rom, generic 256Mb memory, Asrock k7s8x Mobo. Hdd connected
with 80pin cable.
Bios is latest version, and running almost default settings, i've tried
disabling evyrything not needed during install (serial, paraller, lan
and gameport support) .. No difference. Bios doesn't have that
'bootsector virus protection' thing that caused problems with
(atleast) win95. Or maybe i'm just lowsy windows installer. =)

Interesting, I've got almost identical problem, nothing I do will
complete a new Win XP install. Always falls over with 33 mins to go
during driver install and gives message about unable to install many
drivers, (display, mouse etc). Then blue screen with errors:

Kernel_Data_Inpage_Error
Stop: 0x0000007A (0xe10203d8,0xc000000e,0xbf8e6534,0x04b91860)
win32k.sys - address bf8e6534, base at bf80000,datestamp 3d6de5e5

What caught my attention was you are also using ASRock K7S8X
motherboard so am I.
Win 98 installs perfectly and so does Win ME so nothing seems to be
wrong with my components, it is only Win XP that won't install. Always
fails same point same message.

I wonder if their is a problem with ASRock motherboards and Win XP ??

Anyone else got similar problem with this M/B ??

regards
