winXP logon/automatic logoff

Hello all, I have WinXP professional. When I logon it inmediately logs
me off automatically. I cannot logion to my machine now. I tried safe
mode as well as with the Administrator account and still does the same
thing.

Any clues?

by the way, I am not in a Domain.
