Setup WINS replication recently between WinNT and Win2k
servers. Need to know how often they should replicate so
that there is not a problem? Should they have each other
as secondary WINS and DNS entries under TCP/IP
properties? Please advise...

A WINS server should have only itself as WINS in TCP/IP. Only one, not more.

How often should they replicate? Just take the default 30 minutes interval.
Unless you are seeing specific issues, this should be good enough for you.
