There is no listing in NAV's database.
properties says: trojan.startpage but cant repair.

It's related to a spyware program called CoolWebSearch, and there are
literally hundreds of pages telling you what it is, what it does and how
to get rid of it.

Personally, I recommend downloading, installing and running Ad-Aware, by
Lavasoft, and Spybot S&D. Between them they will keep your computer
relatively clean if updated regularly and used in a conscientiously
applied program of oral^H^H^H^H computer security.
