WinPE and Intel 82559 Network

All,

I have a target that has dual Intel 82559 NICs. Whenever I boot up the
target using the 1st CDROM from the XPe development tools, WinPE starts
up fine.

When it gets to the GUI portion of the setup, it runs
factory -minint

and returns a dialog box that says:

Factory.exe
Failed to install netowrk adapter -- Check WinBOM

And that's it. Does anyone have any idea what is failing, and how I
could go about fixing it?
