I have a virus in my system 32 (winnt\system 32\cmd32exe.)
specific virus w32.kwbotc.worm and I am trying to erase
this file and it won't allow me any ideas!

Is the file write-protected? My antivirus software failed to remove
MSBlaster because it had marked the files as Read-Only. More generally, what
are the file permissions on the file?

See if the file is in use. If so, kill it then delete it. Try Process Explorer (http://www.sysinternals.com/) to see all loaded programs (DLLs/modules) and threads. Pick cmd32.exe and kill it.
