Winnt.sif question

Hello.
I am trying to customise a Windows XP CD installation for an accademic
purpose, and for that I am working in the Winnt.sif file.
Everything is working fine so far, but I still have one problem: which
comand line should I enter (and where) in this file, in order to predefine
the future Windows user account (as User A, for example)? (I just to create
this account).
Ande is it really necessary to see the Windows Welcome steps (in the final
of the installation, where we have to answer if we want to register, tests
the connection to the Internet, and we have to define the users accounts)?
