Winnt.sif NIC driver issue

Hi, thanks for reading. I have changed this file so many ways, and hope
someone can help me. I am trying to get a B57$ driver to work with my
unattend installation from a floppy disk. Everything else works fine,
except the NIC is never recognized so I have to reinstall driver once up.
On the floppy drive A:\net I have the B57$.cab, inf and other driver files
needed for installation. If I reinstall from disk it is recognized fine,
but I would like it installed earlier so I can join to network. Below is my
unattend file...any assistance greatly appreciated.

You might also need this in there:

Optimization = Balance

I'm not sure what the "Balance" option does and what other options are
for "Optimization", research it if needed.
