I Know winfax is not a Microsoft application however i
cant find a symantec news group.

The problem is this:

Installed winfax 10.0.

When recieving faxes the foloowing eror occurs:

"Error in ending session.
Using the microsoft windows telephony DLL".

ANy help would be much appreciated
