AntiSpyware finds and removes WindUpdates Browser Plug-
in, but it comes back after a reboot. Any ideas on how to
remove it permanently?

- Download Lavasofts Adaware

Are you on a network? Maybe another PC is bouncing it
back on after you reboot.
