Validation.

I found these things that are supposed to help. Anybody have an
opinion?

I'm now trying starting the Service Officer Source Engine (in Computer

I tried starting Office Source Engine service > then installing the
update. Didn't work. The service started, but it didn't change
anything. Should that service be left started?

Which one is installed. Norton or McAfee. Remove the one that you have with the
removal Tools I posted below . After removal reboot before trying Update again

Norton Removal Tool

McAfee Consumer Products Removal Tool

Thanks. After uninstalling Norton, the Windows updates installed.
