WindowsFormsParkingWindow (The Correct Spelling)

When Logging off XP Pro a window appears informing me Closing -
WindowsFormsParkingWindow.

Its not a virus or spyware so what is it? where did it come from? how do I
get rid of it, its driving me insane?
